AALS Workshop on the "Ratings Game"

Law school rankings geeks take note: As part of its next annual meeting, to be held this coming January, the American Association of Law Schools plans to offer a "Workshop on the Ratings Game (or not!): The Search for Sensible Assessment." I'm pleased to see that the program indicates it will be no mere gripe session about the U.S. News & World Report rankings. Rather, the workshop evidently aims to spend a fair chunk of time discussing other, potentially better, ways of evaluating law school performance.
