Caron ponders the long tail in legal scholarship

MoneyLaw contributor Paul Caron has written a fine piece applying Chris Anderson's The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business Is Selling Less of More to legal scholarship. Be sure to read Paul's essay, The Long Tail of Legal Scholarship, 116 Yale L.J. Pocket Part 38 (2006), when you browse the Yale Law Journal's online symposium on "The Future of Legal Scholarship." MoneyLaw readers may also be interested in Paul's own description of his paper.
