MoneyLaw Exclusive: Law Professors Debate Using Data!

Paul Caron linked yesterday to Bill Henderson's post on the educational pedigrees of elite plaintiffs' lawyers versus the lawyers in the traditional big corporate firms.

Alan Childress and I have just finished (I hope) waging an internecine debate on this issue over at Legal Profession Blog, in which I simultaneously (a) declare "no mas" after being rightfully skewered on the red herring issue (even if the poster shown here is to the wrong fight), and (b) employ some quickly gathered data to rehabilitate my more fundamental point about a hypothesis that the trend shown by Bill's data will actually be replicated within regional elite law firms.
