Marie T. Reilly joins MoneyLaw

Marie T. Reilly of Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law has joined MoneyLaw. Marie writes and teaches in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial law, and contracts. She is an expert on fraudulent transfer law and has published articles on a variety of topics including corporate successor liability, check kiting, sexual harassment and the holder in due course rule. Marie is a member of the American Law Institute, the executive committee of the AALS section on bankruptcy, the American Law and Economics Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association.
